… fishnets are wonderful things.
They can go so many places, look right all over the world. Even, in the dark…

and hey… even in the cold.

Even in the cold. Trust me.

I love, love, love this place. It’s woods growing out of black sand dunes. It’s more. I’ve camped there three or four times… I mean I really love this place, memories now bring me to a gushing point, but if I gush it ruins it.
So I’ll just say, I love, love, love this place.

It’s a logo, still in progress as some changes need to be affected, but you get the idea.
The DarkHeart Proje(k)t is a burgeoning rock opera, conceptualized by one Golda Supernova, East Bay Rock Star.
I’m amazed at the community she has drawn around her, some very amazing and talented peoples. A lot of them are from the Bindlestiff Community. Super talent, y’all.
Always grateful for the work coming my way, here’s to pencils and lines, and the colors between it all.

This Friday is my first showing for the East Bay. At least for art, I’ve managed to get onstage for a dance performance at UC East Bay and sell some of my ‘grass-roots’ t’s.
The show is sponsored by the Greenlining Institute. It’s a community event, and is serving up pieces by 39 local artists. There over 250 pieces submitted, glad a couple of mine made the cut. The fine folks at Greenlining are all about empowering minority groups through multi-ethnic economic and leadership development, civil rights, and anti-redlining activities. The show is held in Berkely, I’m stoked.

Below are images of the two pieces that will be on display.

Who knows, maybe I’ll see you there!! Peace.

Yeah, I started this; wasn’t feeling it. So bye-bye baby. What’s happening now is much more akin.
But that’s the meat, huh? That’s the good stuff. Just doing, even if it isn’t the peak you want to reach. Build them. In practice you feed the fire, and the fire feeds you. It gets bigger, the fire inside; lights the way.
At least, I hope so. I could be talking crap, and the next piece be just that.
Or I could be a genius, knocking on the door of greater truths with images ringing your soul’s doorbell. Hello?
And it could be a dance in-between…

So, I was born without tear-ducts. What does that mean? It means I forever shed a tear. And it means there is hardly any info on it out there. Funny, our medical system. It means I’ve been asked my whole life… ‘Why are you crying?’ Especially if I come in from the outdoors.
Oh, the answers I can come up with!! ”My pimp hit me.” ”This movie, did you see it? The Hulk. So moving.” ”I just feel a lot.”
It’s all good though, it is what it is, and makes me all the different. And I always have an excuse to leave a party… “I’m sorry, but that cheese dip… I have to go.”
